Building Von Moger: Day 3-Quads
Thick legs require heavy lifting sessions. Yeah, they're going to be tough. Yeah, you may feel tired. But it's all worth it.
In this program, Calum separated quad work from hamstring work because his legs are one of his weaknesses. A lot of the time, guys spend way more time on their upper body than their lower body. Well, you know what? You don't see Calum walking around with pencil legs.
If you want to be strong and look awesome, then do what needs to be done in the gym. When you're finished, head out and enjoy the other fun things in your life.
