Why I Got Started
How I Did It
I put on my sneakers and took a run around my block, it was tough. But everyday it got easier. I would do one lap, then two, three. I worked my way up to doing a mile everyday. Once I got myself back in to a little better shape I increased my workouts.
I would lift for 2 hours per day and run at least a mile or two afterward. My motivation switched over from stress, into progress; my progress every week became my motivation.

Monday & Thursday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Tuesday & Friday: Back & Biceps
After my workouts I did cardio for about 45-60 minutes.
Suggestions For Others
Take one day at a time. Time was the key factor in my progress. I learned that nothing happens over night and every week it got better. Sticking to my routine is what got me where I am today.
