[ Q ] Just to get started, where were you born and what is your age?
I was born in Saginaw, Michigan, and I'm 28 years old.

[ Q ] How did you get started in modeling and what did you do before that?
I have been modeling part time for about 5 years now. My first major gig was Playboy. Besides modeling, I have worked full time for the past 8 years in real estate and just recently started in mortgages and pharmaceutical sales also.
[ Q ] How long have you been Spokesmodel for Supreme Protein and how did you hook up with them?
I first started working for
Supreme Protein at the
2008 Arnold Classic. A girlfriend of mine,
Heather Fawcett, who was also working for Supreme Protein at the time, referred me to them.
[ Q ] Is it hard to keep fit and get your workouts in with your busy modeling schedule?
I try to get in the gym as much as possible, but I have my days where I just don't have time or I am completely exhausted. Luckily, I was blessed with pretty good
genetics so as long as I keep my diet pretty clean and light, I can keep myself staying lean even with fewer workouts.
With my busy schedule I find it hard to fit meals in also. I absolutely love the Supreme Protein bars and they're convenient to snack on when I'm in a hurry. They are very low in carbs, which helps stick to a low-carb diet, and provide me with the protein I need during the day.
I will also take
BetaStax if I happen to be slacking in the
energy department. BetaStax keeps my
metabolism working in overdrive and also kills my
[ Q ] What is a typical day like for you?
My typical day is pretty boring! I'll wake up in the morning for work. Have a cup of coffee with breakfast. For breakfast I'll make some eggs and oatmeal. Work will usually last from 10am until 6pm. I'll have a light lunch during the day and also snack on a
Supreme Protein bar (the peanut butter ones are my absolute favorite!) to hold me over.
After work I'll head home, possibly take a BetaStax for a boost of energy and then it's off to the gym. I'll spend about an hour and a half at the gym and then head back home to unwind. I'll make a small healthy dinner after my workout or maybe even substitute it with a shake or another Supreme Protein bar.
[ Q ] It sure looks like fun from your photos, but what is a Kandy Cruise?
Kandy Kruise was a cruise that was held back in September 2008, by the
Karma Foundation. It's basically 3 days of partying! They have themed parties at night and DJ's spinning by day. They also held the Miss Kandy Competition where they started with about 40 girls, then by the last day narrowed it down to 3, and then announced the winner.
The competition consisted of interviews, stage presence, bikini competitions, a professional photo shoot, and also a lingerie fashion show. It was a lot of work and luckily I ended up winning! Part of winning Miss Kandy is hosting all of their Kandy parties throughout 2009.

[ Q ] I'm sure all the BodySpacers would like to know... are you single?
Yes, I'm currently single.
[ Q ] If you weren't modeling and you had enough money to be set for life, what would you be doing?
I would most likely
travel. There are so many beautiful places I would like to visit and see. I would definitely want to visit Australia, travel through Europe, and also go somewhere tropical like Figi or Bora Bora!
[ Q ] You are very independent and been on your own for a long time. If your present day self could have given advice to your younger self what would it have been?
I've been on my own since 18, and have moved from Michigan, to Florida, and now to California! I would definitely say to keep an open mind to all your dreams and
goals in life. Work hard for what you want and anything is possible.
Being independent, successful, and your own unique being is the best feeling one can have and it all comes from hard work and dedication. You can have anything you put your mind to. Just be careful of the choices you make and choose wisely. If you make a mistake, learn from it.
[ Q ] Do you have any future plans you would like to accomplish in the fitness industry?
I just finished shooting for Supreme Protein's 2009 Product Catalog, which should be out shortly, and also will be working their booth for the LA FitExpo in January 2009.
I really enjoy everything about the fitness industry and would like to continue working the expos, like the Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia. I love meeting new people! I also plan on doing more print work and possibly get into more fitness magazines. Everything about it is so exciting!
