Once a month we will give a salute to a BodyGroup that displays the benefits of people coming together with similar goals. Our BodyGroup Of The Month features an ever growing group of highly motivated people, The Get It In Crew!
It's all about the FAM! Motivating each other to that last rep through to the next! A few minds are better than one so together we have no reason to bow down but to put our minds to it and GET IT IN! Life is short don't take it for granted!

[ Q ] What is your BodyGroup about and who are the members?
The group is about a family of like minded folks. It's about us coming together and talking about routines, so others can check them out, along with the good and bad as well as how things are going.
[ Q ] Why did the founder start up the group?
The group was started to give others a place to come and feel a part of as well as to build a team of motivated individuals. We all could use a pick me up every now and again yeah man!
[ Q ] What have your results been with starting the group?
Results have been great! Love to hear about what's going on.
[ Q ] How do your members use the BodyGroup feature?
Some for posting workouts others there what's going on at the moment! Or maybe a how to or help with and lastly a simple drop in to say hi.
[ Q ] Who are some of your notable members?
Hmm, well there quite a lot Id like to list because of the motivation and energy they bring forth! Proud of them all! But 5 is the number given so...

[ Q ] How would you explain the attitude needed in your group, to a new member?
Just be yourself, along with that be a team player and a motivating factor. Have a goal oriented mindset and push yourself! And lastly, let us here about it!
[ Q ] In what way has motivating other BodySpace users, given you the ability to push yourself to new levels?
That one's easy, being a motivator keeps you on your toes and the more you see others pushing and excelling it motivates you to keep striving!
[ Q ] What would you tell someone who is contemplating making a commitment to joining your group, to motivate them make the commitment?
Commitment is what you make of it! Envision your goals; let's see if we can as a whole work out the rest.
[ Q ] How do you think the group mentality applies to your personal life and how has it helped?
I like associating with like minded people and I keep striving to better myself.
[ Q ] Why join your group as opposed to other transformation groups?
Hmm, the name speaks for itself! If you are doing just that then what else is there to think about, kidding, but we really "Get It In" so if you do then here's a group to look into.
[ Q ] How do you feel, is the best way to motivate others within the confines of the group page?
Just dropping in on them to see how things are going, lending a helping hand if someone needs it, or sending them in the right direction for someone to help them. But sometimes a simple "Hi" is all anyone needs when it's sincere, right?
If you have a dream it doesn't hurt to picture it! Build a personal map to your goals and seek them-what's the worse that could happen? You may succeed someday but how will you know if you don't try and excel past your capabilities? Get It In!

The cultural anthropologist Margaret Mead once said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever does." So what's the secret? Why are groups so powerful? The answer lies in their social dynamic!

Having the right social network can define success in any endeavor that you pursue. After all, a man is judged by the company he keeps. Someone who shares your goals can help you overcome any adversity.
Finding that person, however, can be just as difficult. A BodyGroup can connect you with people who can mentor you, challenge you, and exchange ideas that you might not have come across otherwise.
You, in turn, can help others on the same path. By acting as both student and teacher, keeping an open mind to new ideas and different methods, you may be the catalyst to the success of your group. Helping someone else with their goals can be very rewarding, and oftentimes, we benefit just as much by helping out.
BodyGroups are a great way to ask questions, learn, and make progress in a fun and positive environment! No matter what goals you have in mind, don't do it all alone-join a BodyGroup and find all the support you need, any time, all the time.
Joining a group is quick and easy! Find a group that matches up with what you want to do, check them out, and join! Then it's just up to you to contribute and communicate.

What if the group I am looking for doesn't exist? Maybe you can't find the group you were looking for. That's ok, because you can start your own group, and then invite others to join you! You can even start and be a member of multiple BodyGroups. If having one circle of friends is good, then more is better!
