Number of Members: 100 (as of October 12, 2010)
Group Description:
P.U.S.H. members believe in themselves and focus their energies on making themselves better. We pray for the strength and guidance we need to make our goals reality.
We take each day as a gift and are thankful for the blessings in our lives. We are not alone!
Group Commitment:
"Every member of this group committed to..."
We promise to be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind. Promise to talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet. This is a group meant to help eachother by support.
My body group is about having Faith. The members in my group believe in whatever creeds/religion and in themselves. They pray until something happens in their lives and work hard to accomplish their goals.
The group members work to the best of their abilities and always think positive even when faced with a challenge. The members are some of the best people I have been able to contact and invite to the group.
I want everyone on Bodybuilding.com to eventually be a member of P.U.S.H.
I started the group because P.U.S.H. has changed my life. I made a promise to myself to never give up on myself and always believe that if I stay strong, pray, and work to the best of my abilities that I can achieve anything I want.
The group is increasing each day and the positive feed back is incredible. I have received many pm's and also emails on my personal yahoo account from some great members who have went to the official P.U.S.H. website I have created.
The members have read the blogs and the pages featured. It has helped many people stay motivated or stand up when they have been knocked down.
My members have used the comments section frequently. They have contacted members within the group and let them know that they are there for support and encouragement.
The group sticks together. We all believe in one another. I personally try to connect and contact as many members of my group as I possibly can each day.
I feel that reaching out and helping others is a critical part of the body group. We are a TEAM!

"We promise to think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best."
I have invited a lot of people to the group and have to say reading their responses/reasons for joining makes me realize that I started a great group.
I have goals and dreams, just like most on Bodybuilding.com. The P.U.S.H. members have given me more motivation to make my goals/dreams a reality. I will P.U.S.H. everyday until I get what I want.

I have invited a lot of people to the group and have to say reading their responses/reasons for joining makes me realize that I started a great group.
I would say that P.U.S.H. is a motivational group that will have you think positive. You will not give up in any circumstance. You are too strong to stay down.
Pray until something happens gives you so much power and strength. We all need a P.U.S.H. sometimes. Why not get it from some amazing people?
My personal life is faith, family, and fitness. I live a healthy life and always pray. I have been living the P.U.S.H. life for a couple years now and I am less stressed and have a positive frame of mind all the time.
I have used this mentality to create a man who will never quit and believes that discipline-duty-devotion are keys to success.
My group doesn't just relate to working out and transformations. It's about life. It's about things that we have no control over. There are days where praying may be the only way to deal with something.
Some group members have survived cancer, some are wives of military men (serving our nation), some are fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters. I personally use P.U.S.H. everyday whether in the gym, in my car, at my job. It is a motto/way of life that can be carried in every action of your day.
I could be spotting you and say "P.U.S.H." or I could call you and tell you I have cancer, you can say "P.U.S.H. brother!" Its a key of life.
Positive talk! There is no negativity within P.U.S.H. It is a blessing to be in a group with such amazing people but there are more people out there that need to join P.U.S.H.
I really want everyone on Bodybuilding.com to realize that P.U.S.H. has no specific religion, no creed. It is for everyone! Everyone prays, come join! You will not regret your decision. We all need a P.U.S.H.
The Power Of Groups
The cultural anthropologist Margaret Mead once said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever does." So what's the secret? Why are groups so powerful? The answer lies in their social dynamic!

Group Members Often Have The Same Goals; They
Motivate One Another; They Learn From Each Other.
Having the right social network can define success in any endeavor that you pursue. After all, a man is judged by the company he keeps. Someone who shares your goals can help you overcome any adversity.
Finding that person, however, can be just as difficult. A BodyGroup can connect you with people who can mentor you, challenge you, and exchange ideas that you might not have come across otherwise.
You, in turn, can help others on the same path. By acting as both student and teacher, keeping an open mind to new ideas and different methods, you may be the catalyst to the success of your group. Helping someone else with their goals can be very rewarding, and oftentimes, we benefit just as much by helping out.
BodyGroups are a great way to ask questions, learn, and make progress in a fun and positive environment! No matter what goals you have in mind, don't do it all alone-join a BodyGroup and find all the support you need, any time, all the time.
Joining a group is quick and easy! Find a group that matches up with what you want to do, check them out, and join! Then it's just up to you to contribute and communicate.
What if the group I am looking for doesn't exist? Maybe you can't find the group you were looking for. That's ok, because you can start your own group, and then invite others to join you! You can even start and be a member of multiple BodyGroups. If having one circle of friends is good, then more is better!
