How Did You Get Started?
I was inspired to weight train to put myself ahead of others in the other sports that I participate in. I started off up in a small room upstairs in my house. Then I started going to a gym, "Tri-State Fitness". That is when I started to make tremendous gains in size and strength. Then I was hooked.
