At the age of 16, I lost a fight, and I had one thing on my mind, get big, then get even.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I've spent hours on the Internet searching for hundreds of different opinions on what training principles work best. I narrowed it down to: proper warmup/cool down/stretching, heavy weights, proper form, plenty of rest and avoiding injuries. I have continually made my best gains by training 4 times per week. Monday - chest, back, shoulders. Wednesday - biceps, triceps, forearms. Friday - quads, hamstrings, calves. After each workout, I'll usually work abs.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I believe that the Sportpharma line of supplements are of top quality. I found that along with all the hours spent in my gym, stacking Actisyn, Just-Whey and Creavol ATP, helped me gain 35 lbs of lean muscle mass in the past 8 or 9 months.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love Bodybuilding because of the sense of accomplishment that it provides. I love the comments that I get from people who are amazed at how fast my body has changed. I also love the fact that I can set a goal and eventually reach it through hard work, dedication, and persistence.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My plan is to keep up the hard work, and maybe some day be able to compete in an amateur Bodybuilding competition.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
In my mind there is no substitute for hard work. If you want to build your body properly, stay clear of steroids. The negative side effects far outweigh the positive effects.
