How Did You Get Started?

I started weight-training in the Marines, where I weighed 138 pounds.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

To get bigger I always lifted 3 times a week doing the basics. When I wanted to get cut/contest ready I would work out 5 times a week 1-2 body parts a day.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Off-season I try to eat 8-10 times a day, with protein and carbs and veggies all mixed in. When I get nearer to a contest I only have carbs only after exercising.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Protein Powder, Glutamine, and whole food have given me the best results.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

To look better than 90% of the population, that is enough for me right there.

To bulk up to 225 and come in at the upper light-heavy weight class.

What you do outside the gym is more important than what you do in the gym.
