How Did You Get Started?
I was bored of doing all the sports that my high school offered. I walked into a gym and decide this suited me and I never got bored. I met Larry Leigh, then kept up with the sport until my first competition and then I couldn’t get enough of the sport and wanted more.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I use a 5 day split:
- Monday: Shoulders, Abs
- Tuesday: Legs
- Wednesday: Chest, Abs
- Thursday: Back and Traps
- Friday: Arms and Calves
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: Rest
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I like to eat everything in site in the offseason, but don’t go too crazy. Then slowly start to clean my diet up and work into my pre-contest diet slowly, rather that eating everything in site and then cold turkey next day. It makes it easier on your body with the change it's getting ready to go into, rather than shocking it with a strict diet.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I find it’s a sport where you can set your own goals in life and with your body. The sport gives you that motivation to achieve those goals. Then once you get there, you set new ones and start the strive for your personnel best all over again.

I want to compete in the Muscle Mania Maritimes 2004.
