How Did You Get Started?
My wife and I joined Brad's Health Club by where I live about a year ago. The owner Brad was training to compete in a contest later in the year. My wife Judy and decided to go and watch Brad compete. After watching I decided to give it a try.Well after 8 months of hard work and dieting, here I am, having fun competing, getting in shape at almost 45 years old!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
We are working out on the plan where you work a different body part each day. I workout 5 to 6 days a week depending on how I feel. After a few weeks we change the workout around some to shock the muscle group we are working.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I like taking Hydroxycut along with amino acid before a workout, then after I like to have a Optimum Nutrition diet protein shake. I sill have a lot to learn about what supplements will work best for me.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I enjoy bodybuilding because I haven't been in this kind of shape even in high school. It is also a very healthy lifestyle. The food you eat along with the exercise is so good for your body. I also enjoy working out with all my friends I have met at the health club and meeting everyone at the contest.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My plans in bodybuilding are to just keep at it and keep having a good time. Try to help anyone that is trying to get in the sport and I am looking forward to competing after I reach the age of 50!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stick to your diet!!
