Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week: Beano Wallace

Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week: Beano Wallace! - Pics and info and more!

How Did You Get Started?

I got started about 10 years ago. A national competing bodybuilder named Patrick "OZ" Baity saw me in a gym one day and asked me why I didn't compete? I said because I didn't think I had the potential. So I competed shortly after that in a small home town show and won the whole show. The one that got me started into bodybuilding died about 3 years ago in a fatal jeep wreck so I am still competing for myself and also in his memory.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The best workout plan for myself is, I will workout heavy one week and lite the next week. I train each muscle group once a week and to total exaustion to get the best benefit for my body.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I believe that CELL TECH, AMINO ACIDS and DESIGNER PROTEIN. But eating real natural foods probably put more size on me than anything. Eating the right kind of food at the right time of day is one of the most important things to me.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Because I know that not everyone can do bodybuilding. It takes discipline and a certain drive and knowledge to become a bodybuilder. It is my life. I am a certified personal trainer through AAAI and I also work for a computer company. Check out Rendell's complete story about getting ready for his first contest! You will love it!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to compete as long as I can. I would like to get up to the national level someday and compete with some of the best.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I have to eat right, sleep right, workout smart and live a good life. You are always a winner if you can beat yourself each time you compete.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite is my friend Nasser El Sonbaty, he is the nicest pro that I have ever had an experience of meeting. My second favorite is Lee Priest, he is one of the freakiest bodybuilders out there.

I would like to thank for producing a web site for amateur bodybuilders that would like some recognition for the hard work and discipline that we have to endure to get to where we are.
