Why do you love Bodybuilding?

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan to continue to train and make to the National level and compete.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

In addition to supplements, I would strongly recommend to eat alot of red meat. Eating a lb. and 1/2 of meat has really helped my lean muscle mass increase. Last year my lean muscle mass was 134 lbs., this year it has gone up to 143. I plan to increase this even more by next year. Also, don't limit your fat intake too much. Your body needs it to lubricate the joins.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

On the Pro level Ronnie Coleman, the legendary Arnold and Franco Colombu, but on the national amateur level, Robbie Garcia, Branch Warren.

I would like to thank Brian Crull, my trainer, who has shown me the light as far as nutrition goes, and Jim Schouten for introducing me to Brian. I could not have made the gains that I have made without him.
