I started when I was 15 years old, and I wanted a hard sport and a great body-form.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train 2 days, and rest 1 day, then train 3 days and rest another day. It usually looks like this:
- Day 1: Back, Shoulders
- Day 2: Chest
- Day 3: Resting day
- Day 4: Arms (biceps, triceps)
- Day 5: Legs (Quads)
- Day 6: Back, Arms again
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I eat 7 times a day. Every day I eat 1.5 grams of protein per every pound of bodyweight.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Glutamine has helped a lot in recovery.
