When the going gets tough, remember why you're doing this.
How's your body feeling? Pretty tired? Most of the time, working out is uncomfortable and leads to soreness, but pushing through the discomfort with consistency will build a stronger mind and body. Don't lose sight of why you're doing this, as it's easy to do when the couch and TV sound a lot more inviting.
Visualize and plan for success! Let's keep up this pace and set our eyes on hitting Week 4 with just as much gusto.
