Perform today's strength circuit with intensity and pride. To achieve the results you want, you must fight hard for them.
If you feel ready to push yourself, do it. Repeat another circuit, or try those advanced exercise options. You get an entire day of rest tomorrow, so push it. The harder you work, the faster you'll see change.
It's also important that you don't slack on the warm-up or cool-down. If you want your muscles to be healthy and work properly, you need to take care of them. Prepare them for exercise and take some time to help them recover.
