What To Do When The 12 Weeks Are Over

The 12 weeks is almost over, and you're probably wondering what to do now. Over the past few weeks you've learned many principles for proper nutrition and training. Those principles still hold true.

If you've made great progress but haven't reached your goals yet, then continue what you've been doing.

If you feel you've reached your goal, take it to the next level. Set a new goal. Maybe seek out a more advanced program.

Whatever you do, don't give up! Fitness is a lifestyle. This is something you have to stick with. Remember, no one can do it for you, and no one else is to blame if you get out of shape again.
