Seated EZ-bar shrug

The seated EZ-bar shrug is an exercise targeting the trapezius muscle, that V-shaped muscle that forms a triangle where the shoulders meet the neck. It is usually performed for moderate to high reps during an upper-body or shoulders and traps-focused workout.

  2. The EZ-bar gives more clearance under the thighs during each shrug
  3. Builds a bigger, stronger trapezius muscle
