V-up combo

The V-up combo is a bodyweight sequence that combines one single-leg V-up on each side, followed by a regular V-up. It targets the muscles of the abs, the rectus abdominis or "six-pack" muscles in particular. It can be performed for time or reps in the ab-focused portion of any workout.


  1. Increased time under tension for the abs and hip flexors
  2. More difficult than standard V-ups
  3. Requires no equipment
