Crab single-arm reach

The crab single-arm reach is a full-body exercise that requires maintaining a tabletop position while alternating arm raises. It is an excellent movement to include in a dynamic warm-up, a bodyweight circuit, or for muscle activation or mobility anytime.

  1. Builds muscular endurance and strength in the lower body
  2. Stretches biceps and develops shoulder extension to maintain tabletop position
  3. More difficult than traditional glute bridges or bodyweight hip thrusts
  4. Great glute activation that can be done daily
  5. Develops and maintains thoracic spine mobility
