Band good morning-

The band good morning is an exercise targeting the hamstrings and glutes. It is often performed in powerlifting-style training for high reps, or in the place of barbell good mornings.


  1. Builds and strengthens the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back
  2. Safer with a band than with a barbell atop the spine
  3. Can be performed for low reps, high reps, or for time
  4. Band allows for continuous tension throughout the movement
