How Did You Get Started?
After having two children at a young age I needed to lose weight and rebuild my life. I joined the local health club and attended aerobic and toning classes. I felt intimidated at first. Then I made new friends and began to rebuild my life and body! (what do you think?) During this time I watched two women prepare for competition and attended my first bodybuilding show. I couldn't believe how incredible these women looked on stage. Five years later with lots of hard work and determination I walked on stage for the first time and took home the 1st place heavyweight trophy (1998). Since then I have earned two overall titles and another 1st place heavyweight trophy. My determination has paid off but I'm not finished yet!! I would also like to say thank you to my loving husband for all his support. He has helped me make my dream a reality.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
I have been fortunate enough to meet many pro bodybuilders and I would have to say there is one that really impresses me the most. He is not a pro yet but keep watching because he's coming and he is the biggest baddest I've met but he's also the nicest guy you will ever meet. His name is Brad Hollibaugh.
