How Did You Get Started?
I've always been very skinny all my life. Growing up I could eat anything and everything I wanted, and didn't have to worry about gaining any weight from the food I ate. After graduating from high school two years ago I noticed I was starting to gain weight very fast and that worried me to no end. So I did my best to exercise and eat right to lose the weight. Ultimately starving myself to get the results I wanted, and I realized quickly that I wasn't doing the right things to get fit. So I hired a personal trainer who inspired me to get fit the right way, and told me all the good things to eat.
I got so much attention when I was done working with him. When I was competing in pageants the moms of the contestants and the contestants themselves were asking me how to get flat abs, and just wanted advice on being fit and eating healthy. I had the knowledge to give them. It was then that I realized that I could be influential to people who were clueless about what to eat, and how to target a specific area. So that pushed me to want to become a personal trainer and fitness and nutrition consultant.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding and fitness because I love the way the fit body looks. It's remarkable and it inspires me to inspire others who lead unhealthy lifestyles. It gives me more energy and a big sense of accomplishment at the end of the day knowing I'm working hard to accomplish my fitness goals. My friends and family are always curious as to what I eat and how I workout. So the best reward is just inspiring people to exercise and eat healthy.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My goals include becoming a successful fitness and bikini model. Landing on the cover of many magazines and really being influential in the fitness industry as a model and motivational speaker. I plan to become a Certified Personal Trainer ultimately getting my Masters degree in Exercise Science and opening my own gym and starting a fitness-wear line for women.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Pack on as much knowledge as you can get. The more you know about nutrition and exercise the better results you'll get.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite fitness competitors are Ava Cowan, Jamie Eason and Felicia Romero. I ultimately aspire to have a fit and well toned body like Felicia. She is a great example of a competitor who brings the whole package to a fitness competition and shines in every aspect of it.
