How Did You Get Started?

I was approached by a judge in the gym one day while working out. He said that I should consider competing in the Las Vegas Classic in September of 2001 and I have been hooked ever since.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I workout 6 days a week and work one body part each day. I find I get the best results that way.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat about 7 times a day. I have been blessed with a lightning fast metabolism, so I am very fortunate when it comes to dieting for a show.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I only take my L-Glutamine gel caps and Branched Amino gel caps. I would have to say switching to the gel caps has made a huge difference.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I just love being healthy. I enjoy the curiosity that people have on how I eat and train. I always welcome questions from anyone who wants advice on how to train because nothing is more gratifying than helping someone achieve their goals.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I just currently placed 1st in the Monica Brant Bodyrock Figure. I am now headed off to the LA Figure on July 19th at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium. Then it will be off to Team Universe in New York on August 8th and 9th. I hope one day to achieve my pro-card and qualify for the Olympia.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Train hard and focus on your goals. No matter how draining it can get, never lose sight of your dreams and what you want to achieve.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Jeannie Paparone who has unbelievable support and dedication, Elaine Goodlad who is absolutely flawless in every sense, Jenny Lynn who is always beautiful inside and out and Kelly Ryan...You go girl! Those routines are amazing.
