How Did You Get Started?
Boxing led me to the gym for cardio to loose weight then one day a personal trainer asked if he could train me for free because I had the physique to build some great muscle and then the rest was history... I never looked back.

Working one body part a day, 5 days a week with cardio 5 days a week for about 30 minutes.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Off season I eat what ever I want but do extra cardio to make up for it because I can pack on the pounds, but competition time the only things on my menu is protein shakes, chicken, veggies, potatoes and oatmeal... yuk!
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I have tried so many in the past... the L-Carnitine stack was awesome but really expensive. Also the TestroXtra really works great, my strength has increased tremendously.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Because I get such a thrill by trying to see how ripped and lean I can get my body... Oh and I love to compete, I always have to have a goal or else I am bored...It gives me drive.

If all else fails...work hardest on your diet...it is 90% of the battle and all is downhill from there. Keep as clean as you can.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Well that is really a tough call... Juliette Bergmann is awesome, I somewhat have the same type of physique as her, and also Ronnie Coleman is my favorite huge ripped beast. But I admire all of them for the dedication they put into the sport.
