How Did You Get Started?
When I arrived at college all my friends where into lifting and I got tired of being the smallest kid out of everyone. So I asked them to show me how to workout properly.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
The plan that worked best for me (one my friends showed me when I first started) is a 5 day split. It consists of doing chest on Mondays, back on Tuesdays, legs on Wednesdays, shoulders on Thursdays, and bi's and tri's on Fridays. For chest, back, legs, and shoulders I do just a little under 20 sets for each and for bi's and tri's I do about 12 sets for each.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Since I started out being really skinny I was told to eat a lot of everything. I took 2200 calorie weight gainers a couple times a day when I first got started.
I would eat peanut butter out of jar before bed. I didn't focus on eating healthy more on just eating enough. Ranging from my mother's pasta, to steaks, egg whites, Chinese food and even cheese burgers from white castle which I think have 7 grams of protein per burger. I discovered that it's not just protein that gets you big it's a lot of carbohydrates as well.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Because it's a way to direct my anger towards something productive that will make me unique from other people.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Hopefully to stack on about 10-15 pounds more of mass by the upcoming spring so I can diet to get shredded so that maybe I would be in good enough shape to compete.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Eat, eat, and eat.
