How Did You Get Started?
I started in my shed when I was 16 when I bought a Bench Press with my own money, then working out building basic strengt. Then I worked at a gym which taught me a lot. My family then moved to a house in the suberbs and I joined the gym there and have been training there full time for nearly 10 months now... and lovin' it to death.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I love to train. I can't train 3 or 4 times a week, I have to train at least 5 days a week or I go insane. I just love it! I like to train bodyparts twice a week, one heavy session and one light session with high reps. It works well and I don't have to use the cardio equipment as I am burning a lot off from weight training.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love making my muscles burn with pain. I love feeling them grow. If they aren't sore the next day after a workout I ain't happy and that gives me the motivation to train them harder to make them hurt. I love seeing my body transform and helping other people out to.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to compete 3 or 4 times a year. I want to try and win every comp in the teenage catorgory then I will re-assess my goals.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't try and lift too heavy. Keep good form and feel the muscle working. Don't try to look big lifting heavy weights, look big by having big muscles from doing proper form!
