How Did You Get Started?
I went to the Arnold Classic in 2003 with my Uncle Matt and fell in love with the entire atmosphere of bodybuilding. I knew I had to find a spot somewhere in the sport.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
- Monday - Chest, Triceps
- Tuesday - Back, Biceps
- Wednesday - Abs
- Thursday - Shoulders
- Friday - Legs
- Saturday - Off
- Sunday - Off
My workouts never consist of the same exercises each time. For example if I do incline dumbbell press for one of my chest exercises, the next chest day will not include that exercise. Instead I will do incline barbell presses to change the area of my chest being worked. I try to change up what I do so my body does not get used to a certain routine.
I also try to hit my muscles from different angles on each exercise performed. I go as hard as I can on every rep I do. GO HARD or GO HOME!
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to drink at least one gallon of water a day to stay completely hydrated. I eat a lot of eggs, protein shakes, chicken and beef. I do not eat many carbs except oatmeal, pancakes, peanut butter, and yogurt. I usually try to eat at least 6 meals a day that have a two hour gap between them.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I enjoy seeing the results that I personally make. I love making gains and seeing growth in my weaker muscles. I take full control of my training and love the challenge of putting myself onstage against others.
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
I stay fit year round because I am pursuing a possible career in fitness modeling and I enjoying impressing the ladies with my physique.
What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?
No one likes to lose, so I try to bring my very best to the table each time I compete.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to gain Natural Professional status and hopefully catch someone's eye so I can get sponsored!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
My tip to other bodybuilders is to be patient because bodybuilding can be a slow process and you do not want to throw in the towel too early! Also try to learn as much as you can at the gym and from other veteran bodybuilders because they have been in the game longer so they probably will share some valuable information.
