How Did You Get Started?
I was 18 when I started working out. I went to the gym 5 times a day during school and really loved it. I mainly trained my legs on those days, I liked to do that because they where already strong because I played a lot of soccer.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Heavy work outs work best for me. Low reps and heavy weight. I don't have a schedule I keep myself to. I just do what I feel like doing or think is best to do that day.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
To gain muscle: high carbs and high protein. To cut: low carbs and even greater amounts of protein.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Weight Gainers and Burger King for after my workouts.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Because I keep seeing changes in the way my body looks. And because it is something I am good at.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
2006 - I just placed 3rd at the Dutch Nationals (IFBB) as a Heavyweight. Right now I'm going to build up some more mass and next time I compete nobody is going to stop me!
This summer I will be in the states together with my Girlfriend Chellss to do some shoots and modeling work.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Not to keep to your diet the entire year. Make sure you take all your proteins, but other than that, eat things you like. That way your body responds better to your diet when you get back on it.
