How Did You Get Started?
When I was very young (early teens) I watched my brother change his body lifting weights. I became fascinated with bodybuilding and especially women's bodybuilding. The first time my brother took me to a gym, he beat me up pretty good. I couldn't move for about a week. I knew then I was hooked.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I personally like a push/pull routine, of two days on, one day off, one day on, one day off. During mass building I keep my reps between 10-6 and my sets to three for each exercise.
Sample Training Week:
Incline Presses (dumbbell or barbell)
Dips or Pushups
Dumbbell flyes (flat, incline or decline)
Dumbbell overhead extension
Skull crushers (tricep extensions)
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
- I eat 5-7 meals per day. I try very hard to keep them balanced. A protein, healthy carb (oatmeal, sweet potatoes) and a veggie w/measured fats.
- I always do a post-workout protein shake (like Syntha-6). I don't eat dairy (except for the very occasional splurge on ice cream).
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I do many other things. I like running, biking, martial arts a few nights per week, but nothing, makes me happier or makes me feel as good as bodybuilding. Once you find your personal key to success; meaning how you make gains, there is no better feeling.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To never stop. I plan on doing another natural show in the fall of 2008.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't ever be afraid to experiment and always keep a log of your food and your workout, while in the process.
