How Did You Get Started?
I became interested in bodybuilding around 14 after watching Arnold Schwarzengger on the Johnny Carson Show. That Christmas my parents bought me a weight set. The first couple years I trained chest and arms 7 days a week for an hour each day.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
For many years my philosophy was the more the better. Until recently I have abandoned that philosophy. Currently I train five days a week 4-6 sets per body part. I train each body part once a week. I use heavy weights doing 4-6 reps. My total time in the gym is between 30 to 40 minutes. I learned this training style from Jett Willet's training journal on AST Sports Science web page.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I like the discipline required to be a competitive bodybuilder. Pushing the body to its maximum condition is something only few people experience. I take the discipline from bodybuilding and apply it to my everyday life.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
That depends on my wife. Being a competitive bodybuilder also requires sacrifice and discipline from spouses and family members. My wife however is my biggest fan and support. I would like to compete at the Team Universe in a year or two.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If family and friends come second to bodybuilding you might consider changing hobbies. Bodybuilding for me is a hobby. The day bodybuilding becomes more important than my wife and spiritual walk is the day I stop bodybuilding. Success cannot be achieved alone, so always thank those who have helped you along the way.
