How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting weight when I was 14. My mom started going because she wanted to lose weight and I just tagged along. Eventually she dropped out and I kept going cause I was hooked!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I don't really have a workout plan I stick to. I like to vary between heavy and light weights and I like to change my exercises.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to eat real non-processed foods. I eat fairly clean all year around, even in the off-season with the exception that I don't measure my food in the off-season.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the way it makes me feel. Working out makes me feel confident about myself. I feel powerful like I can kick some butt! (In a good way!)
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to attend the Canadian National Figures competition next year and hopefully take 1st in my category; and hey, a pro card would be icing on the cake! I'd also like to try the World Qualifiers.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Competing and dieting is not just 12 weeks out of the year, it's a way of life! Winning is great and everything, but in the end it's about having fun, feeling great about yourself, and meeting people that have the same interests as you! As soon as you're not having fun anymore, it's time to quit or take time off.
