What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I supplement my diet with Protein Powder, BCAA'S, Glutamine, HMB, ZMA, Creatine, Flax Oil, and a good Multi-Vitamin. For the most part I get all I need from my diet, as I am a believer in eating mostly whole foods.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love weight training more than anything, however, due to my competitive nature I enjoy getting on stage and putting it on the line. Dieting sucks, but it is great to see your progress each time you get lean.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am going to compete at the LA Championships this summer, followed by the USA in Las Vegas.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
The one tip I would give other bodybuilders, is to keep all your doors open. Very few people make it in the sport of bodybuilding, so don't put all your eggs in one basket. Your health is more important than any trophy.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite current bodybuilder is Jay Cutler, because he is a nice guy with a phenomenal physique. However, I have the most respect for Lee Haney, because he accomplished so much in the sport without sacrificing his faith or his family. Faith and family are the too things I hold more dear than any worldly accomplishments.
