I am a former competitive gymnast and dancer and being in a fitness competition was a way for me to still be able to perform on stage and be competitive.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
In the past, I've always used heavy weights but lately I've added plyometrics to my workout routine and I'm seeing results fast!!!
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Lots of protein, consisting from fresh foods that I cook myself. I try to eat every 2-3 hours. I eat most of my high carb meals in the early part of the day and make sure that I go to bed on an empty stomach because calories not being used will be stored as body fat.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
To be patient, it takes time to add muscle and look like the pros. Also, reward yourself for all the hard work you go through. I like to have a cheat meal every Saturday night to keep myself sane.
