How Did You Get Started?
I began dating a bodybuilder who intrigued me with his knowledge of training/nutrition. After going to a couple of his competitions and seeing the girls competing on stage, I was hooked. I asked my boyfriend to train me and get me in condition to compete.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Currently, I do the majority of my cardio in the mornings and weight training in the evenings (4 days on and 1 day off). I feel this plan has been the most effective for me.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I eat 5 small meals a day that are coordinated through Beverly International based on how I'm looking and what my goals are at the time.

I love the results and they way training makes me feel. I also love too see the progress I've made in my training journals.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I'm planning to take a year off from competing and go on a lean muscle mass building program. I feel I need to put on some more size in order to accomplish the results I'm really looking for.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Set goals and keep track of your training in a journal. It's amazing to see the progress you've made over a period of time.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Without a doubt, I think Monica Brant is gorgeous! Kelly Ryan and Craig Titus really impressed me at the 2004 Arnold Classic and are now two of my favorites also.
