How Did You Get Started?
About 3 years ago I walked into a gym that just opened. I was weighing about 200 lbs and around 25 to 30 % body fat. The owner and now my best friend has been a bodybuilder for 15 years. He invited me to go to a competition and since then I've been hooked.

4 days a week. Mon Chest,Traps & Shoulders. Tues off. Wed Legs. Thur Back,Bi's & Tri's. Sat Hamstrings, Forearms. On my off days I do cardio.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Besides looking good it's the feeling I get knowing that I have done something that most people won't do or won't finish after they started. Also helping them to make there dreams come true.
