How Did You Get Started?
I was fat and overweight at one time (34 inch waist) and had always been in shape before (I was in the Army for 8 yrs), so after graduating from college in Oct. 1997 I decided to get in shape. Since then I have been hooked!

I plan to continue to train and make to the National level and compete.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
In addition to supplements, I would strongly recommend to eat alot of red meat. Eating a lb. and 1/2 of meat has really helped my lean muscle mass increase. Last year my lean muscle mass was 134 lbs., this year it has gone up to 143. I plan to increase this even more by next year. Also, don't limit your fat intake too much. Your body needs it to lubricate the joins.
