I eat high quality food, chicken/rice, oatmeal, protein shakes, and tuna. I also try to eat about 5-6 meals a day.

Everything you do comes done to yourself. There is no one to blame for your mistakes or weaknesses. And there is always something to improve.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am going to compete in the Swedish Nationals in October (2004) and possibly in the European Championships. Personally, I plan to always improve myself.
