How Did You Get Started?

As long as I can remember I have always wanted to be "Big" but, in high school I was always very skinny. Then a few months I decide to start working out. I purchased P90X and completed that, I got some results but I wasn't satisfied. Then a new Gold’s gym opened about six months ago and I joined. As I began to go I saw wasn’t seeing much improvement so I started to talk to some of the bigger guys and they told me what I needed to do and gave me some pointers and I haven't looked back since.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

At this time since I am new to the sport. I haven't had the time for the research needed to pick the supplement that is right for me. So, for now I am not taking any supplements and I feel that by eating things such as egg whites and chicken I am getting enough protein for now.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it gives me drive; it gives me motivation to accomplish something every day. I also love that in the sport you determine how far you go by how hard you push yourself. In this sport you are your own enemy and you have to overcome yourself. With this sport also comes a sense of confidence that you don't get with any other sport and that's why I love this sport.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans for now consist of working hard for about a year then entering a few competitions and see where it goes from there and maybe one day become a professional.
