How Did You Get Started?
I was born in Louisiana, by the age of nine I moved to Georgia. In Georgia my cousin, Brett, was into weight lifting and I caught a little bit of that ambition to go to the gym. When I made the move to Texas I already had an idea about how to workout but didn't quite have the dedication and determination seeing that I was only 11. A few days short of turning twelve my parents bought me a weight bench for Christmas.diet and training intensity peek at the age of 14 and became really serious at bodybuilding. About a year ago I made my way over to Metroflex Gym and became a member there where Brian Dobson helped me with my training further. I stay dedicated to my bodybuilding and determined to reach my goals, with family and friends supporting me I will reach them.

High intensity training and heavy weights.My training split in the off season: 4 days on, 1 day off

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Eating a lot. 6 meals a day, consisting of high protein. I can't specify my meal plan because it fluctuates a lot.
