How Did You Get Started?

I was born in Louisiana, by the age of nine I moved to Georgia. In Georgia my cousin, Brett, was into weight lifting and I caught a little bit of that ambition to go to the gym. When I made the move to Texas I already had an idea about how to workout but didn't quite have the dedication and determination seeing that I was only 11. A few days short of turning twelve my parents bought me a weight bench for Christmas.

After a year of training on this "at home gym" I stepped up a little higher and got a membership a the local recreation center. The weights started getting lighter and lighter and finally I got a membership to Gold's Gym of South Arlington where I've been ever since.

I started hitting my diet and training intensity peek at the age of 14 and became really serious at bodybuilding.

About a year ago I made my way over to Metroflex Gym and became a member there where Brian Dobson helped me with my training further. I stay dedicated to my bodybuilding and determined to reach my goals, with family and friends supporting me I will reach them.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

High intensity training and heavy weights.

My training split in the off season: 4 days on, 1 day off

  1. Shoulders - Traps
  2. Legs
  3. Chest and Triceps
  4. Back and Biceps

My training split during contest season: 6 days on, 1 day off

  1. Shoulders - Chest - Triceps
  2. Back - Biceps - Traps
  3. Legs

Start over. I also stop training 2 weeks out from the competition. I still do 1 1/2 to 2 hours of cardio a day during competition.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Eating a lot. 6 meals a day, consisting of high protein. I can't specify my meal plan because it fluctuates a lot.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

BSN mass stack (Nitrix, N.O.-xplode, Cellmass). I am also a firm believer in Amino Acids.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding is my passion, it always has been and I imagine it always will be.
