How Did You Get Started?

Well, back in 8th grade I took a weight training class at my high school during the summer. This was my first time lifting with proper instruction, form, and also consistency. This lasted for a while and after it was over I continued training at a gym 30 minutes away. Because of this inconvenience, I quit shortly after and didn't start seriously training again until I was about 15. This is when I got my own personal gym setup with some equipment and free weights. Then about a year later a gym finally opened near to me and that's when I started making serious gains. Last May the owner of my gym said I should compete in a local bodybuilding show so I decided I would and from then on I have been hooked to the bodybuilding lifestyle.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

  • Mon- Back
  • Tues- Shoulders/traps
  • Wed- Triceps/abs
  • Thurs- Biceps/forearms
  • Fri- A.M. Quads, P.M. Hamstrings/calves
  • Sat- Chest/abs
  • Sun- Rest
I have tried many different approaches to a good workout plan. However, I found that doing one body part once a week works best. It also allows you to be your strongest when training a specific body part and not worn down by previous worked body parts.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I like using Optimums Pro Complex protein for my protein supplement cause out of all the protein powders I have tried, I can see the best gains from it. Also, I cycle on and off of creatine and glutamine. I also take a multivitamin and take AST Sport Science's Dymetadrine Xtreme for precontest only.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because of the way it makes you feel. It involves commitment, determination, and dedication. Its not easy training six or seven days a week, eating right, going to school, working, and having a life outside of the gym especially during precontest training, but my desire to do well is what drives me in the gym and in life and that's why I love bodybuilding.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Well, right now I'm training for teen nationals in July, and I will probably do a few contests after that during the summer. In the far future I want to continue bodybuilding and go as far as I can naturally, maybe pro who knows.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Don't give up, keep training, make goals and exceed them. And think, while your slacking your competition is training harder and getting bigger so you don't have any time to waste.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Arnold, Frank Zane, Johnnie Jackson, and Flex Wheeler.
