How Did You Get Started?

I started experimenting with weights at a young age of 5 years old after watching my dad workout. Then when I turned 14 I began to workout on a regular basis. This pass year I moved from working out in my basement to Gold's Gym which has helped me the most. My dad has been my biggest influence towards bodybuilding. He has helped me s lot by providing me with as much positive reinforcement needed in order to keep me in the sport.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I try to take in at least 250 grams of protein a day, I stay away from foods with high fat and sugar contents.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding has enabled me to relieve many stresses on my life. It also makes me feel great seeing the results I get from working out, always leaving me with a feeling of wanting to become bigger.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to compete very badly in a bodybuilding show and continue to get bigger. I will never stop lifting weights. I'll be lifting weights when I'm 80 years old.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Set your goals, never give up, and use all intensity towards the weights. Don't listen to any negative feedback people give you, stay strong!
