How Did You Get Started?
I got started working out when I started wrestling last year. I was pathetic. I weighed about 145 lbs and was 5 foot 11 inches. I knew that I had to gain some muscle if I wanted to make the varsity team. Ever since then I became addicted.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Wake up every day at 5:30 and get a 30 minute session in. I usually do 20 pullups just to warm-up then work whatever needs to be worked. I NEVER, in any of my sessions, work my chest and arms at the same time. Then I end with 20 pullups.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I work out at my school. I start my work out with 20 pull ups then work out whatever is not sore. I usually alternate Mondays as my chest and ab day. Wednesday as my leg day. And Friday as my arms and whatever I feel needs to be worked out day. I always end with 20 pull ups.
At home I do a light work out every day just to keep my muscles warm. I begin with 20 pull ups and work whatever is not sore and that I feel needs to be worked out. Then I end with 20 pullups.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
The nutrition plan that has worked best for me has been the 3000 calorie per day diet. Not really a diet but will definitely make you gain some weight. I also take the supplements listed above.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The supplement that has given me the greatest gain was creatine. It worked like magic. I started working out at 145 and in only 1 month I gained a staggering 20 lbs. It was amazing.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it makes me feel good when I do it. I also love being the biggest guy in the room. It feels really great when people complement me on my muscles and gives me extreme motivation.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future bodybuilding plans is by senior year to be 215 pounds with only 4-6 percent body fat. I would also like to be able to brake 375 + lbs on flat barbell bench press.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
One tip I would give other bodybuilders is do not over work yourself. About six months ago I worked out 3 times a day and hit a stump. I could not make my weight over 175. Then what I did was lower my work outs from 3 every day to 2 every other day and I bulked up pretty quick.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilder is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Obviously (LOL).
