How Did You Get Started?

I started at the age of 16 when we started training in school. I got hooked straight away and from that moment on I was addicted. I entered my first show 6 months later and placed second. Since then I have carried on, training hard.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I tend to train everyday except Sundays, normally heavy weights with very little cardio, then when training for a show I do cardio everday, normally 3 times a day for 20 mins.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

High protein, medium carbs when bulking, then hard dieting for shows, which normally includes high protein/low carbs.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love watching my body change - I love getting up on stage and knowing that everyone is here to watch me at what I am good at.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Well I have just qualified for the British Nationals after winning Pendal valley (UK Comp). I hope to qualify fo Mr. Universe again.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Always stick to your goals; no matter what people say or tell you always do what you think is right. I always work by the saying that diet is key - 70% diet, 20% training and 10% rest!!!
