How Did You Get Started?
My dad lifted weights ever since I could remember and my brother started to lift weights also when he was in 7th grade. I wanted to do what they were doing, so I started to experiment with dumbells when I was in 5th grade. I seriously started to train when I went into the 7th grade and got a gym membership. I soon found that weight training went hand-in-hand with my favorite sport, football.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I personally feel that it is a tie between creatine and whey protein although some of the gains with creatine go away once you stop taking it. I like creatine because it gives you a "pumped up" feeling and it makes you breath easier during intense workouts. Whey protein is great for fast absorbing protein right after a workout and is good for adding protein to your normal diet.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding for many reasons. It helps you with sports and makes you stronger than your opposition. Bodybuilding is also great for attracting girls. I have never met a girl who dislikes a six-pack. The final and greatest reason for working out is the feeling you get when you complete an intense workout. The feeling of releasing energy is how I like to look at it. Every day I wake up with this energy and the only way to cure it is to workout.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Right now I am concentrating on putting more muscle onto my frame. When the times comes and I feel I am ready, I would like to compete in the Teen Nationals. I am not sure if I would like to turn IFBB pro, but I might consider turning pro in a natural organization. Staying natural and healthy is the whole point of exercising.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Everyone has to start somewhere. Don't feel as if you are too small to make a difference. With hard work and determination, you will some day accomplish your goals.
