How Did You Get Started?

When I was little I would always cheer as well as run around and lift people, well I began to notice that I was very muscular in middle school (6th, 7th, and 8th grade) and people would always ask me to flex because they thought it was cool for a girl to be so muscular, would and I was known for my muscles, so I began to actually work them out. I like working out when I am not cheerleading of playing Flag football. It helps me stay and fit. Also my mom is a great personal trainer who helped me learn how to work out and gave me the right things to eat.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Well I never really had a work out plan until this last year I began to really work out with my dad. I basically just eat healthy and cheer and stay active but when I am on a workout plan I lift about 4 to 5 days a week and cardio every day I work out. Usually when I am in the gym I try to work out one body part like shoulders, arms, chest, back and legs, but I do abs everyday I go to the gym as well a stretch to keep my flexibility.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Eating lots of protein to recharge my muscles. I eat chicken and brown rice A LOT when I work out. I will have a protein shake for dinner and I eat 6 small meals a day. This is sometimes difficult being a full time student but I just eat in class. I eat many vegetables and I really use portion control I don't drink soda only water, skim milk and juice.

When I gave up soda about a year and a half ago I noticed a dramatic change it was easier for me to lose weight to where I wanted to be just dropping soda I dropped about 5 lbs alone then I gave me the power to work off the rest. WATER! WATER! WATER! I drink tons of water at least 2 to 3 liters and day.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Multivitamin, Glutamine, Whey Protein, and Soy Protein.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding makes me feel so much healthier. I love when people can see me in a bathing suit at the beach and know I work for my body. People ask me questions about fitness all the time and I love helping them. After a hard work out I feel great I cant wait for the next day I can do another body part and cardio.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

As it stand I want to join a local figure contest at the end of this year and maybe try a little bit of fitness. I would also like to be a fitness model and show what I have worked for.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If you think you can then you can. America is slowly getting more and more obese each day. But if you think that you can be cut then keep working for it, it is all in you head. If you have confidence that you can achieve your goals then keep working at them. You will get there. Don't let anything or anyone get in the way of your goals.
