How Did You Get Started?

I got started when I was 16 - I decided I needed to workout for football and instead fell in love with Bodybuilding. At that point I gave up on football and started pursuing my bodybuilding career full time.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The best workout plan for me is working each muscle group one time a week.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

My main goal was to make sure I was Eating high carbs and high protein in my diet. Of course don't forget the veggies. I also make it a point to stay away from sugar.

I have really enjoyed using Higher Power CE3.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love to get big and the way you feel after a workout is great.
