How Did You Get Started?
I had a weight training class in school that got me into working out. I was tired of being skinny and I also wanted to stand out from the rest of my un-muscular peers.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
For the past few months this is what I have been doing it has since changed:
dumbbell shoulder press
Tuesday - Arm curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions
Wednesday - Squats, bench press
Thursday - Arm curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions
Friday - Pullups, deadlifts, bench press

I eat whatever I like, but I try to eat in big portions.

Work hard and never give up. Gains cannot be made unless you keep going.
