How Did You Get Started?
I started bodybuilding in 1996, after having read some articles about bodybuilding. I thought those guys in magazines looked great and wanted to look like them someday.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
- Day 1: pecs and triceps
- Day 2: back and biceps
- Day 3: rest
- Day 4: thighs
- Day 5: rest
- Day 6: shoulders,traps,abs
- Day 7: rest
From September to March: "mass-training time." I eat more carbs to get some mass and I don't do cardio. From April to August: I eat less carbs and do some cardio (especially cycling) in order to lose some fat and get ripped.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I really enjoy lifting weights. What is more, bodybuilding gives me the feeling that I can do anything with hard work. Anybody's body can be changed thanks to power training.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
First of all, bodybuilding means pleasure to me and I hope I could workout as long as possible. I'm trying to get more mass this year. Then I'll compete in my country. My dream would be to become a fitness model, appearing in many magazines and why not on TV.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Feel the muscle work! And "kill" the muscles by the reps, not by the weights, this means that working out with excessive weights can be dangerous and it is not the most efficient way to build some mass.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilder is Dorian Yates for his incredible mass. I think he is the best Mr. Olympia ever. I wish he hadn't stopped competition. A Mr. Olympia contest with Dorian and Ronnie Coleman at their best shapes would have been great to watch!
