How Did You Get Started?
I got started after I moved from Sydney Australia in January of 2001 and I wanted to make a big difference in my life for when I went back. I was slightly out of shape when I came to the US and I realized if I wanted my body to get to the point of where I wanted it to be then I would have to put a lot of work and dedication into it. I slacked off during baseball season and as soon as baseball finished in June I worked out twice as hard in the gym during the summer with all my free time and then I got accepted into college. I figured if I could keep my dedication to the gym and watch my eating habits as a college freshman living in a dormitory where everybody around you is eating pizza at 3AM and smoking and drinking then I would most definitely reach my goal of being in shape by December. I've gotten through my first semester and I'm in good shape now but I don't believe I'm even halfway finished to where I want to be and now I have bigger and better goals for where I want to be with my body and I hope I can achieve them within the next year and I hope I can continue for the rest of my life.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I like Designer Whey proteins because they're the lightest protein I've found out there and they go down very easy, Z-Mass PM helps me out a lot especially with sleeping it helps me to get more quality rest especially in the dorms, I use creatine with 4 weeks on and 1 week off cycle as well as glutamine anytime that I can afford it, Xenadrine is good as well when you are trying to cut back but I think half the dosage worked better for my body weight.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it helps me to see a positive change in my body. There's no greater high than when you're in the gym and you're making the big lifts or you've just finished an hour of cardio. It is also something that has been set in my life and will never change no matter where I'm at. Whether I'm in the US or in Australia there will always be a gym and I can always lift and no matter what. It's one of the only things in my life that will never change and that I can be in total control of. I also love the knowledge I get about the mechanics and the physics lifting and building on your body and I love learning more and more about it. There is so much to learn out there about your body and that is why I also went for my personal training certificate as well because you can always learn more.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to compete in a couple of years. Once I think that I'm ready I would like to register to compete but for now I would like to just build mass after wrestling season is over. I am looking to gain at least 40 pounds of solid mass in a year.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
I'm not even halfway to where I want to be with my body but I hope to work more on legs and increase my chest size (which needs a lot of work) and then I think I would like to compete in a couple amateur shows when I get older. Preferable by the time I finish college I would like to have a good solid build and add quality mass to my body within the next couple years.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
That would be King Kamali and Arnold of course.
