I have been blessed with a great metabolism, so I just eat all I can. I make sure to eat five meals a day or more.

I plan on going as far as I can in the sport. I have not yet competed, but I plan to in the near future when the opportunity arises nearby my community.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Do not ever get discouraged. I had to overcome a three-month plateau on my bench press a year ago, but I stuck with it and broke it. You have to find your limits and break them. Eat a lot, stretch a lot, and go hard every rep of every set. Experiment and find what routine is best for you. Remember, the weight lifted is proportional to the amount of muscle growth.
